What is the Warranty on Turntables?

Big Red Records is committed to quality, and we stand by the equipment we sell. All new turntables and audio equipment purchased from us come with a standard manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty Period

All new turntables, amplifiers, and speakers sold by Big Red Records come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear (such as stylus/needle replacement), or cosmetic damage.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty generally covers:

• Motor failures.
• Internal wiring defects.
• Faulty electronic components.

How to Claim Warranty Service

1. Contact Support: If you experience an issue within the 1-year warranty period, contact Big Red Records Customer Support immediately with your order number and a detailed description of the fault.
2. Assessment: We will perform an initial assessment to determine if the issue is a covered warranty defect.
3. Repair or Replacement: If the claim is valid, we will liaise with the manufacturer to coordinate the repair or replacement of the faulty item at no cost to you.

Please note that returning faulty items may require original packaging. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's final approval.
