Big Red Records wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our policy below, which operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
General Return Policy
Most items purchased from Big Red Records are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns by Product Type

| New & Sealed Vinyl | 30 Days | Must be unopened and in its original shrink wrap. Opened vinyl cannot be returned unless defective. |
| Used Vinyl | 30 Days | Returnable only if the grading significantly differs from the description provided on the product page. |
| Turntables & Equipment | 30 Days | Must be returned in the original packaging with all cables and accessories. Subject to a 15% restocking fee if opened and not defective. |
| Accessories (Sleeves, Cleaners) | 30 Days | Must be unused and in original packaging. |
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account and navigate to your Order History.
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return and click "Request Return."
- Our support team will review your request and send a return authority/label if approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment.
