I Forgot My Password / Need to Change My Email

Managing your account with Big Red Records is simple. If you encounter issues logging in or need to update your contact details, follow the steps below.

I Forgot My Password

If you cannot remember your password:

1. Navigate to the Login page on the Big Red Records website.
2. Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login fields.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. You will receive an email with a link to securely reset your password. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

How to Change the Email Address on My Account

To update the primary email address used for your account:

1. Log in to your Big Red Records account.
2. Go to the "Account Settings" or "My Profile" section.
3. Find the field for your email address and enter the new address.
4. Click "Save Changes."

A confirmation email will usually be sent to your old address notifying you of the change for security purposes.

Updating Shipping/Billing Addresses

You can update your saved addresses at any time in the "Addresses" section of your account profile. Remember to update both your shipping and billing addresses if necessary.
