Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a highly anticipated record before its official launch date. Big Red Records aims to get these albums to you as soon as they are legally available.
Pre-Order Shipping Policy
All pre-orders are dispatched on or before the official release date provided by the record label.
- Shipping Timeline: Orders are packed and handed to the courier 1-2 business days prior to the release date to ensure they arrive as close to the official launch as possible.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your pre-order leaves our warehouse, which is typically the day before release.
Combining Pre-Orders and In-Stock Items
If your order contains both a pre-order item and items that are currently in stock:
- Your entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available and ready to ship.
- If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Backorders
If an item is marked as Backorder, it means we are awaiting a restock shipment from the supplier. We do not have a guaranteed dispatch date, but we will contact you immediately if the estimated wait time exceeds 30 days. You may cancel a backorder at any time for a full refund.
